Position Overview

As a member of the Operations division at Schoolab, you will engage in strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing team productivity and facilitating the organization's expansion. Collaborating closely with the Operations Manager, you will serve as a vital contributor to the team, developing expertise in project management and operational efficiency. This internship offers exposure to a variety of intricate subjects that significantly influence Schoolab's everyday functions and overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Improvement: Involvement in projects aimed at refining operational processes, utilizing no-code platforms such as Zapier, Make, and Airtable as needed.
  • Performance Analysis: Evaluating critical metrics and dashboards to identify discrepancies and deviations in processes.
  • Documentation & Training: Thoroughly documenting established processes and consistently educating teams on updates and procedural changes.

Additional Opportunities

  • Assist in recognizing and implementing opportunities for process enhancements tailored to specific needs.
  • Support the pursuit of operational excellence across all Schoolab teams by monitoring performance data, identifying issues, and ensuring quality standards.
  • Deliver insights through regular reporting to the leadership of each Business Unit.

  • Enhancing communication between Sales and Consulting teams to optimize client invoicing.
  • Assisting Schoolab in data management, from the creation of commercial proposals to the delivery of final project outputs.
  • Utilizing AI technologies to develop an internal chatbot that consolidates knowledge and addresses inquiries from Schoolab staff.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Adaptable and skilled at engaging stakeholders in collaborative efforts.
  • Familiarity with or interest in digital technologies, data analytics, and artificial intelligence.
