Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate Youth Coordinator to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will oversee and manage youth programs, cultivate partnerships, and serve as a representative of Loisirs Education & Citoyenneté Grand Sud within the community. Your responsibilities will include organizing engaging activities, collaborating with local authorities, and ensuring the sustainability of our educational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee youth programs and initiatives, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure a unified approach.
- Facilitate effective communication and cooperation among partners, steering youth projects in alignment with our overarching vision.
- Assist communities in launching youth initiatives, offering expertise and support to local leaders.
- Build and nurture relationships with local municipalities and educational institutions.
- Lead and inspire the youth team, fostering a culture of teamwork and responsibility.
- Encourage networking and knowledge exchange among staff and partners to enhance skills and share best practices.
- Ensure educational practices are inclusive and diverse, addressing the needs of young individuals across the region.
- Manage financial and administrative tasks in accordance with organizational standards.
- Identify additional funding sources and oversee grant applications for community projects.
