Description of the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Responding to complex accounting requests from public organizations and reviewing second-level requests from the Public Sector Accounting System (PNSR)
  • Updating the accounting standards for public establishments (RNCEP) and following up on working groups of the Public Sector Accounting Standards Council (CNoCP)
  • Preparing and following up on weekly web conferences
  • Updating and applying the instruction on consolidated accounts
  • Providing accounting expertise to the Infinoé team (modeling financial statements and budgetary envelope for public organizations)

In addition, the successful candidate will:

  • Participate in the service offer of the office to accountants (web conferences, flash, study day, technical notes, training, etc.)
  • Contribute to the update and enrichment of the common accounting instruction and the common and specific chart of accounts
Required Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team within the department while being autonomous to conduct precise expertise
  • Ability to work in a transversal manner with other writers from the legal, modernization, and INFINOE departments
  • Ability to quickly grasp a subject in a meeting to provide valuable insights

  • Good communication skills with external and internal partners of public organizations to gather essential elements for financial and budgetary analysis while considering the legal environment
