Role Overview

The Client Services division at Bonhams is dedicated to providing outstanding support to our valued clients. Our vibrant and proactive team of Client Service Coordinators is committed to delivering effective solutions and addressing various requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle client inquiries via calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Assist during auction days by accurately recording online, phone, and absentee bids in the system.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records using Bonhams' CRM platform.
  • Ensure public reception areas are well-presented and meeting rooms are organized and equipped.
  • Protect the confidentiality and security of client information in compliance with the Data Protection Act and company policies.
  • Manage customer complaints effectively, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Support offsite sales and collaborate with regional and European offices to uphold consistent customer service standards.
  • Be available for evening events and weekend viewings as needed.
  • Undertake additional tasks or projects as assigned by your manager or the Senior Client Services Coordinator.
Qualifications

We seek an individual with a keen understanding of creating exceptional client service experiences. Proficiency in CRM systems is essential, along with being trilingual in French, English, and Italian. Knowledge of Mandarin and/or French is advantageous but not mandatory.
