At Haleon, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you'll play a critical role in driving our strategic business plan and supporting decision-making with insightful financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Governance processes to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Keep key stakeholders informed of changes impacting the business, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.
- Support the Business Unit in resolving finance issues, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth.
- Contribute to the development of a strong Finance Business Partnering organization, driving strategic partnerships and business growth.
- Assist with Management presentations, showcasing your expertise and influencing business decisions.
- Demonstrate Cross-functional matrix navigation & management, effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- 10+ years of experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of success.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, with advanced degrees a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to display key attributes of successful finance partnering, including business knowledge and technical finance knowledge.
- Effective financial management skills, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
