Career Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor to join our team. As a Quality Supervisor at Flowserve, you will play a crucial role in implementing and driving the company's quality policy. Your mission will be to lead the Quality Control team in achieving exceptional results and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of 6-8 technicians to achieve exceptional quality results.
  • Process Improvement: Coordinate analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement preventive actions to reduce defects or enhance processes.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Develop and issue reports on various indicators of plant performance, including quality metrics and KPIs.
  • Solving Problems: Lead interdepartmental groups in solving complex problems related to KPI indicators and customer complaints.
  • Project Management: Trigger CIP projects for systematic process improvement and ensure their successful implementation.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough root cause analysis to prevent quality issues derived from customer complaints.
  • Calibration Program: Oversee the calibration program of measuring instruments and equipment to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions for plant personnel on quality and continuous improvement best practices.
  • Supplier Interaction: Foster strong relationships with suppliers to ensure receipt of materials that meet quality standards.
  • Culture of Continuous Improvement: Implement a culture of continuous improvement through the execution of CIP projects.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and feedback to internal and external stakeholders on quality-related matters.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company safety standards and regulations by the team.

About the Role

What We Offer

In this role, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
