About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety culture maturity development and coaching, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the health and safety field.
As a Safety Culture Expert, you will work closely with our clients to improve their safety culture and maturity, providing expert guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes.
You will also be responsible for developing and expanding our coaching services, ensuring our clients receive top-tier guidance and support.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement safety culture maturity development and coaching programs for clients
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients to improve their safety culture and maturity
- Develop and expand our coaching services to meet client needs
- Work closely with our team to ensure successful project outcomes
- Minimum of 15 years' experience in the health and safety field
- Strong team-working and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written
- Previous experience within a similar role, ideally within industry or consultancy
- Experience in project management and client liaison
