Job Title: Alternant(e) Ergonome Job Description: SNCF is committed to continuous improvement through an integrated management system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001). The alternant(e) will provide valuable support and innovation to the QSE Department in the following areas: Key Responsibilities: * Conduct in-depth work to reduce the physical workload of various employees by improving work procedures and working conditions. * Bring innovation to current working conditions. Key Activities: * Analyze work activities to identify issues related to physical workload, physical constraints, and accident risks. * Provide guidance to teams on workstation adjustments. * Enrich the "Toolbox": 1. Research and implement technical, organizational, and human solutions to improve existing and future working conditions, leveraging the latest technological and organizational advancements. 2. Conduct technological watch on New Physical Assistance Technologies (e.g., exoskeletons) in collaboration with the Safety and Security Department. 3. Establish a follow-up process for New Physical Assistance Technologies within the Technicentre. 4. Regularly experiment with new methods, equipment, and PPE. 5. Contribute to the integration of the PRAP (Prevention of Risks related to Physical Activity) gesture into the daily routine of operators within the establishment, through physical preparation of employees in teams. Return on Experience: * Participate in the Safety and Security Department's working groups in relation to a present issue at the Technicentre. * Lead and animate multidisciplinary working groups related to accidentology. * Assist in the preparation of investment files with suppliers (GEF pole). * Pilot and animate action plans, particularly the implementation of exoskeletons and muscle awakening. Expected Skills: * Analytical and synthetic thinking. * Animation and coordination abilities. * Autonomy, excellent interpersonal skills, pedagogy, and initiative. * Ability to improve and innovate.
