Our mission is to empower individuals with disabilities to fully integrate into society, ensuring they have equal opportunities and access to fundamental rights.

Job Summary

As a Deputy Director, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our institution, working closely with the Director and Quality & Development Manager. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic leadership, operational management, and external stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with the management team to ensure the efficient functioning of the institution.
• Lead and oversee the implementation of institutional projects aligned with GAPAS's vision and values.
• Provide comprehensive oversight of all aspects of institutional management, including human resources, financial administration, and operational procedures.
• Represent the institution in external partnerships and build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and nurture collaborations with medical-social and healthcare providers within the region.

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate will possess a Level 2 qualification, such as CAFERIUS, coupled with exceptional communication and teamwork skills. Prior experience in a similar role, particularly within the child welfare sector, is highly desirable. Strong organizational abilities, adaptability, and demonstrated leadership qualities are essential for success in this position.

A valid driver's license and COVID-19 vaccination are mandatory requirements for this role.
