We are seeking a Client Acquisition Strategist to become a vital part of our Marketing division, reporting directly to the Head of National Marketing Activations.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will be tasked with developing and executing marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing our client acquisition efforts, including promotional and partnership strategies.

Your Role Includes:

  • Leading a series of strategic projects focused on client acquisition: defining challenges, gathering insights, formulating strategies, establishing success metrics, and tracking progress.
  • Collaborating closely with the marketing team and specialized central teams in the UK to leverage all necessary resources for an effective and impactful acquisition strategy, from planning to execution (e.g., promotional tactics, performance marketing channels, media campaigns).
  • Engaging with relevant central teams to spearhead experimentation agendas, enhancing our understanding of acquisition promotions and their effectiveness, ensuring thorough analysis of various offers.
  • Responsible for identifying, sourcing, negotiating, and managing key strategic and tactical partnerships to boost client acquisition and strengthen our core initiatives through partnership offerings.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Conducting regular analyses to support your recommendations and monitor performance metrics.
  • Managing a promotional budget, including allocation and reforecasting as necessary.
  • Performing ongoing competitive analysis on offers, discounts, and merchandising to pinpoint opportunities and suggest enhancements to our promotional strategies.

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of professional experience, preferably in promotions and/or partnerships.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and financial insight.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with experience in managing diverse stakeholders and collaborating within cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with a focus on action.
  • Ability to maintain a broad perspective while also delving into intricate details.
  • Comfortable navigating fast-paced organizational changes.
  • Proficient in both French and English.
