As a Client Success Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in fostering relationships between our organization and our partners, particularly focusing on our French-speaking clientele.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various departments including Partnerships, Solution Engineering, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to address business challenges and drive revenue growth and customer retention.
- Conduct in-person business reviews with C-level executives and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, or related fields such as account management, project management, or technology enablement within a SaaS environment.
- Exceptional communication skills in both French and English, with proficiency in Spanish being an added advantage.
- Strong analytical abilities and tech-savviness, particularly with Excel, and ideally, familiarity with SEO practices.
- A relevant academic degree or equivalent vocational training.
