About The Role

The Lead Talent Acquisition Strategist plays a crucial role within the rapidly expanding Ogury Talent Acquisition Team.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend recruitment objectives, implement innovative sourcing strategies, and develop effective offer approaches.

Your creativity and ability to connect with candidates will empower us to cultivate a talent pipeline for challenging positions and extend beyond the hiring process to enhance your continuously growing network.

You are equally dedicated to diversifying the Ogury team as you are to collaborating with your stakeholders.

This is a full-time position, reporting directly to the VP of Global Talent Acquisition.

Ogury adopts a hybrid office policy, encouraging our team to work in the office 2-3 days per week (or more, if preferred).

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with regional hiring managers to understand role specifications and recruitment needs.
  • Act as a Talent Acquisition advisor, providing insights on best recruitment practices and candidate market trends.
  • Identify and engage candidates who can contribute value to Ogury.
  • Comprehend Ogury's core values, team alignment, and guiding principles.
  • Manage and engage candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • Strategically develop a pipeline for hard-to-fill roles using innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Encourage creative recruitment approaches and motivate the team to think outside the box, leveraging their networks to attract industry talent.
  • Utilize data and sourcing tools to inform your searches.
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to provide insights to the broader talent team and regional stakeholders regarding market conditions and trends.
  • Collaborate with a wider talent team on employer branding initiatives.
  • Prepare contracts and documentation necessary for hiring, with a solid understanding of local market practices and regulations.
  • Work closely with Global HR partners.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing passive talent for commercial and operational roles using various sourcing tools.
  • Ability to engage and manage a diverse talent pipeline, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Proven ability to establish effective working relationships with candidates and internal hiring teams.
  • Strong time management skills to balance sourcing needs for multiple high-priority and challenging positions.
  • Analytical skills to monitor sourcing metrics, derive insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with formulating contracts and a solid understanding of employment law in EMEA and APAC regions.
  • Experience in a high-growth environment, demonstrating adaptability and comfort with autonomy.
  • Proficient in English (business level).
  • Experience as an in-house recruiter and as a consultant in tech, AdTech, or MarTech sectors.
