Job Description

  • Deliver operational assistance to the executive team concerning research and institutional agreements.
  • Engage in organizing the research commission of the academic council, in partnership with the Legal and Institutional Affairs Department.
  • Contribute to the formulation of the institution's research and innovation budget.
  • Assist in the development and execution of incentives for research policy.
  • Conduct monitoring and analysis of performance indicators and dashboards, evaluate and present the outcomes of initiatives, and oversee project results.
  • Serve as the representative of DiReV in internal and external forums related to research administration.
  • Inspire and lead teams around shared projects and objectives.
  • Manage the administration of digital services dedicated to research management and the enhancement of research activities, in collaboration with the Information Systems Department.

Profile

Knowledge

  • Understanding of research policy, objectives, and projects within higher education and research institutions.
  • Familiarity with the scientific knowledge and activities of university research entities.
  • Expertise in administrative, budgetary, and financial management practices within public institutions.
  • Insight into the organization and functioning of higher education, public research, and research structures.
  • Proficiency in English at a B2 to C1 level.
