Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Westinghouse. As a key member of our commercial strategy team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional efforts in developing strategic orientation and related tools to enhance the WEC vision and Values both in the US and Globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales performance and growth.
  • Manage and analyze market data to identify opportunities and elevate digital collaboration.
  • Lead, manage and oversee OE planning. Five-year strategic outlook with strategy team and SIP setting.
  • Oversee and drive process management within tools in D365 and PowerBI while enhancing digitalization. Manage sales innovation through new tools leveraging AI and machine learning.
  • Manage and drive Post offer review (POR) and Win/Loss analysis.
  • Lead, manage and deliver weekly and monthly vital signs analytics.
  • Collaborate, lead and align the BU management to a shared and agreed vision, establishing relationships with the BU's Sales VP and GM RVP, becoming their collaborative trusted partner.
  • Lead and drive organizational performance through effective use of metrics along with monitoring budgets and other key data needed to adjust strategies and tactics to achieve objectives.
  • Relentless in leading and driving safe behaviors in all company operations.
  • Lead efforts to deliver key improvement opportunities and develop systems to sustain continuous improvement processes.
  • Drive accountability throughout the organization (US and Globally) and urgently execute actions to close gaps in standards and results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Management in a Technical Discipline.
  • 10+ years of relative experience in an operational Sales role.
  • Operations experience including team management.
  • Energy sector experience in a Regional/Global role.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to design a vision and present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, articulate and inspire the highest impact initiatives.
  • Excels in a diverse and fast-paced environment able to prioritize and simultaneously work on multiple projects and priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in Sales process for System sales, including related tools such as Capture team selling, TP/TC, Value-based selling.
  • Requires sales 'leadership and competencies' expertise and broad knowledge of computer systems and their applications (CRM, Power BI, for example).
