About the Team:
We are seeking a skilled People Technology Manager to become an integral part of our team. This position is focused on overseeing the operational aspects of Workday and enhancing our HR technology offerings. The successful candidate will work closely with HR leadership to develop and uphold the HR Technology strategy, delivering expertise in project management, system maintenance, testing, and training related to Workday and HR technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure data integrity, performance, and security of Workday HCM on a daily basis.
- Provide system support, training, and comprehensive documentation for users.
- Oversee Workday updates, integrations, and troubleshooting, collaborating with IT and external vendors.
- Create and present Workday reports and dashboards for analysis.
- Examine data to uncover trends and propose enhancements for processes and systems.
- Establish, manage, and report on security measures.
- Maintain relationships with system vendors and service providers.
- Lead and mentor a small team of analysts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related discipline is required.
- 5-7 years of experience with Workday, ideally in a global context.
- At least 1 year of experience in team management.
- 7-9 years of overall professional experience.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Workday web services, PeopleSoft, EIB/DTS.
- Workday Certifications are preferred.
Compensation:
The compensation for this role is competitive and will reflect factors such as function, level, expertise, and experience.
