Product Management Lead

Overview: Are you prepared to spearhead product strategy for Sage City's Accounting solutions? As an essential member of our Product Management team within the Accounting division, you will foster innovation and enhance customer value in our cloud-based offerings designed for very small enterprises, small to medium-sized businesses, and professional accountants.
Your Role: In this pivotal position, you will:
- Define the product strategy in accordance with the business and group vision, translating it into actionable roadmaps aimed at maximizing customer and business value.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to understand the competitive landscape and inform strategic decisions.
- Prioritize product development initiatives based on data-driven insights and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (including R&D, UX, Marketing, and Support) and external stakeholders (customers, partners, and accountants) to ensure alignment on product strategy.
- Act as the primary liaison for R&D teams regarding capacity planning, roadmap execution, and product release alignment.
Qualifications: You should possess:
- A higher education degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in product management within the software sector, with a strong focus on accounting practices relevant to the French market.
- In-depth knowledge of the management software publishing landscape for SMEs and VSEs, along with familiarity with cloud industry dynamics.
- A solid understanding of the ecosystem and management market, coupled with an awareness of SaaS-related challenges (UX, agility, and data management).
- Fluency in English is essential for effective communication.
