We assist our clients in navigating their Supply Chain transformation journey, from defining business requirements to implementing solutions and managing change.
Our Expertise Includes: ERP systems, Advanced Planning Systems (APS), Demand Planning & Forecasting, Sales & Operations Planning, Inventory Management, and Warehouse Management.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT projects, including initiation, planning, execution, and ongoing support.
- Evaluate project viability by understanding client requirements, assessing risks, and creating comprehensive project documentation, including timelines and resource allocation.
- Facilitate communication, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure alignment throughout the project.
- Coordinate project teams, track progress, and guarantee the successful installation and maintenance of IT solutions.
Your Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, with the ability to craft detailed project plans and specifications.
- Experience in managing projects related to ERP, APS, and supply chain implementations.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, and Smartsheet for effective resource allocation and tracking.
- In-depth understanding of software infrastructures to ensure the smooth integration and deployment of IT solutions.
- Ability to work independently and maintain organization, demonstrating proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, promoting collaboration and motivation among team members.
- Fluent in English, facilitating clear communication with stakeholders and the creation of detailed reports.
- Possession of project management certifications such as Prince2, PMP, or equivalent is preferred.
