Quantum Computing Engagement Manager

We are a deep tech company on a mission to build the first universal quantum computer. As a Quantum Computing Engagement Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our business unit and driving the adoption of quantum computing solutions in various industries.
Key Responsibilities- Lead client projects and develop frameworks to explore and identify use cases for quantum computing.
- Work closely with our technical team to determine the quantum opportunity for clients and translate technical insights into deliverables aimed at a business audience.
- Meet with clients and help them understand the opportunity and prioritize high-impact quantum applications that align with their business goals and capabilities.
- Craft a quantum application roadmap and actionable workplan, including cost estimates and resource requirements.
- Manage the day-to-day process and interactions with clients and partners, building long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Synthesize knowledge by project to scale the activity in the coming years.
- A solid technical background, e.g., MSc. or PhD in physics or a related field.
- Strong consulting toolkit, e.g., through 1-2 years of experience in a consulting firm.
- A strong interest in quantum computing and motivation to deep dive, coupled with a good understanding of the power and limitations of the quantum computing technology spectrum.
- Ability to communicate with different audiences, written and orally.
- Good client hands, attention to detail, and a vision of clients as end-users/customers of our future quantum products.
