As the operational representative of management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless service continuity at the station while fostering strong relationships with our clients and external stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of areas, including:
- Health and Safety: Implementing and maintaining rigorous safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel.
- Quality Management: Overseeing quality control measures to guarantee the highest standards in wastewater treatment processes.
- Team Leadership: Providing guidance and direction to a team of 50 employees, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work culture.
- Operational Excellence: Managing daily operations efficiently, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- External Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Régie des Eaux Azur (our client), Water Agency, Water Police, and Prefecture Services.
- Financial Management: Overseeing purchasing activities, managing budgets, and ensuring financial accountability.

The ideal candidate will possess:
A strong educational background in engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred) coupled with extensive experience in wastewater treatment operations.
In-depth knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, sludge treatment, methanation and drying techniques, as well as expertise in managing external contributions, electromechanics, and automation systems.
Proven leadership skills, a commitment to safety, and a results-oriented approach.
