Our Expectations

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Territory Manager to join our team in Occitanie. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of salons in your assigned territory.

Your primary objective will be to build strong relationships with our clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive business growth. You will work closely with our Sales Manager France to achieve sales targets and develop a deep understanding of the local market.

Your Profile
  • Proven commercial or technical background with experience in sales development or territory management
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for innovation and a willingness to take calculated risks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Fluency in French, with a strong understanding of the local market and culture
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
