Our Expectations

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Commercial Territory Manager to join our team in Occitanie. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing our hair salon network in the region.

Your primary objective will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive business growth.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand our presence in the region.
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is high.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Your Profile
  • Commercial or technical background with a proven track record in sales or business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
  • Fluency in French (mother tongue or near-native level), with a good understanding of the local market and culture.
  • Valid driver's license (B permit) and a willingness to travel regularly within the region.
