Financial Operations Coordinator

**About the Role**

We're seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Montezuma Winery Llc. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you'll play a vital role in developing and growing our unique brand.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure transaction accuracy and account updates.
* Develop and maintain clear documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Create and manage databases to ensure accurate client details and information.

**Requirements**

* Min BAC +4 from an accounting or finance school - Supply chain school is possible as well.
* A first internship in a similar role in cash collection or claims management is a plus.
* You're a wizard of Microsoft Excel.
* You are fluent in French and English (It's our internal language at Montezuma Winery Llc).
