We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Vision Care Education to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a key member of our Education team, you will be responsible for managing the development and execution of education programs for internal and external audiences, including eye and vision care professionals, retailers, and key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement education programs to support the adoption of EssilorLuxottica's products and innovations by eye and vision care professionals.
- Lead a team of experts in Vision Care Education to ensure the delivery of high-quality education programs.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure alignment with EssilorLuxottica's vision care strategy.
- Manage innovation pipelines and identify educational needs to ensure the development of relevant content.
- Oversee the creation and deployment of educational content, including BtoB assets and interactive learning experiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or master degree in optometry or opticianry.
- Additional marketing education would be an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to hold an international role and coordinate multi-stakeholder projects in a multicultural environment.
- Solid knowledge in education, digital learning, and adult learning principles.
- Experience in working successfully in a team and managing complex projects.
- Competence in business and technical English (written and verbal).
