About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Education Vision Care Expert to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a key member of our education team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing education programs for internal and external audiences, including eye care professionals, wholesalers, and retailers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality education programs and materials to support the launch of new products and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify educational needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Design and deliver interactive learning experiences and tailored educational curriculum for different audiences, including optometrists, opticians, and sales associates.
- Contribute to the development of go-to-market plans for EssilorLuxottica's vision care solutions.
- Identify and manage innovation pipelines, global and regional business needs, and educational partnerships.
- Develop comprehensive, qualitative, scientifically and clinically exact, non-promotional contents and materials for education purposes on vision care, products, and brands.
- Work with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and consultants to ensure the delivery of results within guidelines, budgets, and timelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a project or product manager role in a dynamic and complex work environment.
- Bachelor or master degree in optometry or optics.
- Demonstrated abilities to hold an international role and coordinate multi-stakeholder projects in a multicultural environment.
- Solid knowledge in education, digital learning, adult learning principles, and business and technical English.
- Results-oriented, customer-focused, and continuous improvement way of working.
- Positive approach, innovative, and collaborative behaviors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
