About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Vision Care Education to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a key member of our Education team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Vision Care Experts and developing, disseminating, and executing consistent education programs for internal and external audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Vision Care Experts to develop and execute education programs
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including ECPs, retail, and key accounts
- Coordinate the development of educational content, including BtoB assets and interactive learning experiences
- Identify educational needs and manage innovation pipelines
- Ensure the deployment of education programs in the EMEA region, providing status reports and strategic guidance
Requirements
- Bachelor or master degree in optometry or opticianry
- Additional marketing education would be a plus
- Demonstrated abilities to hold international role and coordinate multi-stakeholder projects in a multicultural environment
- Solid knowledge in education, digital learning, and adult learning principles
- Experiences in working successfully in a team and managing complex projects
