About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Account Manager to join our team at Corpay. As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase transaction volumes and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create presentations and case studies to promote our services.
  • Monitor and analyze client data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with clients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues.
  • Work closely with the Customer Support team to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Participate in market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Contribute to the development of business cases and proposals to support client growth initiatives.
