About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Engagement Manager to join our team at A2MAC1. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Strategic Plans: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Lead Complex Projects: Manage complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise and network to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with Global Expert Pool: Leverage the expertise of A2MAC1's global pool of experts to deliver high-quality solutions and insights to customers.
Requirements
  • Expertise in Complex Program Management: Proven experience in managing complex programs in an automotive and global matrix environment.
  • Strong Project Management Skills: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Curiosity and Adaptability: Strong technical curiosity, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and business environments.
