Position: Skilled HVAC and Plumbing Project Supervisor
- Ensure the site is prepared in accordance with QHSE standards.
- Assess the necessary human and material resources for project execution.
- Track and report on project progress to achieve established goals (timelines, quality, compliance with contracts).
- Oversee site inventory and procurement in collaboration with the Business Manager.
- Supervise and evaluate the work performed by all personnel, including subcontractors.
- Coordinate site opening and closing procedures.
- Engage in site meetings.
- Guarantee adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints for assigned projects.
- Offer technical solutions to unexpected challenges.
- Lead, manage, and communicate effectively with the project team.
Qualifications: A minimum of CAP level in HVAC Engineering, Plumbing-Heating, or Sanitary. At least 5 years of experience in a comparable position. Must be responsible, organized, and proficient in management. Technical knowledge and a focus on economic outcomes are essential. Opportunities for internal advancement are available.
