We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of IT Project Manager in the Travel Retail sector.

In this role, the following qualifications are essential:

Key Professional Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in IT project management, ideally within a retail context.
  • Comprehensive understanding of retail operations and the integration of technological solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in both French and English.
  • Experience in drafting business requirements, technical specifications, and training materials.
  • Capable of facilitating business workshops and training users on new processes or applications.
  • Strong analytical, time management, and organizational capabilities.

Technical Skill Set:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, MS PowerApps, PowerBI, Service Now, and Azure DevOps.
  • Proficient in executing projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Understanding of technical infrastructure concepts (API, Cloud hosting, Interface management, batch processing, etc.).

Additional Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Experience with SAP systems is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the beauty and cosmetics industry is beneficial.

Responsibilities:

The IT Project Manager will be instrumental in assessing business needs and managing the implementation of technology projects within the Travel Retail environment. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure effective planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects that support the company's strategic goals.

Project Management Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for IT initiatives.
  • Employ Agile methodologies in project management.
  • Operate within a product-centric framework, ensuring alignment with product management standards.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in Agile projects.
  • Align project goals with global processes and standards.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ascertain business requirements and expectations.
  • Transform business needs into detailed requirement documents.
  • Analyze current business processes to enhance simplicity and efficiency.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders regarding project progress and address any concerns.

Team Leadership:

  • Inspire and guide cross-functional project teams, promoting a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure timely achievement of project milestones.

Vendor Oversight:

  • Assess, select, and manage external vendors to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Proactively resolve issues that may affect project timelines or objectives.

Quality Assurance:
