Position Overview
The Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Grenoble is seeking a committed Administrative Support Specialist for our Pediatrics Rehabilitation Department. The ideal candidate will oversee the administrative functions of the medical team, facilitate effective communication with patients and their families, and uphold a high standard of confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting families, healthcare professionals, and other staff members
- Managing phone inquiries and messages
- Coordinating appointments and dispatching notifications
- Performing administrative duties including processing medical certificates and managing documentation
- Providing support across various departments within the healthcare facility
