Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Training Manager to develop and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and tailor training initiatives accordingly.
- Manage all administrative aspects of training, including registration, scheduling, vendor management, and record-keeping.
- Prepare detailed reports, budgets, and training summaries to track progress and measure the effectiveness of programs.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external training providers.
- Contribute to talent development initiatives by enhancing internal skills evaluation tools and analyzing data to inform action plans.
- Support various HR activities, including QVCT/CSR projects, event organization (webinars, newsletters, onboarding), and the implementation of Helvetia Academy.
Your Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training management within a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of legal requirements and best practices in training and development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
