Role Overview:

The successful candidate will oversee all engineering activities related to flowline systems within a significant offshore project. This role is integral to the project team, ensuring that all technical aspects are executed efficiently and in compliance with industry standards.

The Lead Engineer will be tasked with managing the design and engineering processes, while also supporting procurement, fabrication, installation, and pre-commissioning efforts.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit exemplary conduct regarding Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Quality (H3SE&Q) standards, ensuring adherence to all regulations within the designated area.
  • Promote ethical practices and compliance with the Company’s Code of Conduct, including the Anti-Corruption Program.
  • Ensure that all engineering deliverables meet the required specifications and international codes throughout all project phases.
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of technical packages for tendering processes.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of technical offers from contractors, facilitating necessary clarifications and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation related to flowline systems.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure all engineering, procurement, and construction activities are effectively managed.
  • Oversee testing and qualification activities, ensuring readiness and compliance with project standards.
  • Engage with interface teams to manage dependencies and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Participate in project reviews and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Context:

This position is situated within a multidisciplinary team focused on the development of offshore resources. The project aims to enhance economic performance while adhering to stringent environmental and safety standards.


Qualifications:

A Master’s degree in engineering with extensive experience in flowline systems and offshore projects is required. Candidates should possess a strong background in engineering execution phases and familiarity with relevant industry codes.


Professional Experience:

A minimum of 15 years in engineering roles, particularly within the oil and gas sector, is essential.
