Our Team

Our international team, comprising over 30 nationalities, brings together complementary education and experience in investment, medicine, science, strategy, and operations. Our team members are alumni from top institutions, including INSEAD, Berkeley, Georgetown, Bocconi, HEC Paris, Ponts et Chaussées, ESSEC, Imperial College, and Dartmouth.

Your RoleFundraisings

In collaboration with the Head of Investor Relations and top management, you will support the strategizing, planning, and execution of fundraisings, including market analysis, preparation of all fund marketing materials, and legal and fund structuring. You will also proactively expand our network of global investor relationships, deepen existing relationships, and identify new ones.

You will promote the firm's unique story, strategy, performance, and impact to the investor community, attending key investor conferences and events, and serving as an articulate spokesperson for the firm.

On an ongoing basis, you will support the development and execution of formal fundraising pitches and roadshow-type activities.IR Operations

You will be responsible for the operation of the firm's IR program, including quarterly and yearly funds and co-investment reporting, LP requests, and LP secondary transfers. You will also lead the planning and execution of the firm's annual Investor Annual General Meeting.

Co-investments & GP led secondaries & Other ad-hoc vehicles

You will assist the firm's co-investment program, both with existing investors and the wider external private equity and financial services community. You will also support the execution of co-investment opportunities with deal teams and participate in the strategic development of ARCHIMED's fund lines.

Requirements
  • ~15+ years of experience in sales processes in financial services/private equity
  • Ability to identify prospects, build a sales pipeline, and tailor the sales proposition
  • Financial background with a robust understanding of private equity fund structuring and terms
  • Creative problem-solving and market opportunity identification
  • Higher education degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Entrepreneurial approach and commitment to building a new business
  • Strong team player with high standards for cultural values
