Key Responsibilities
As a ServiceNow Solutions Architect, you will take the lead in project activities, shaping the solution from both a technical and architectural perspective.
Your role will also involve collaborating with the sales team on presales activities, defining the proposed solutions for clients, and estimating the associated costs in terms of technical expertise and effort required to deliver the solution.
Additionally, you may be called upon to address and resolve incidents or problems affecting your team's area, providing support to the L1 team.
The ideal candidate will excel in establishing and nurturing relationships with both clients and external stakeholders.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
· A minimum of 10 years of overall experience.
· At least 4 years of direct experience with ServiceNow.
· Certification in ServiceNow Fundamentals (CSA) and Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least two of the following modules: ITSM, ITBM, ITOM (Event Management), HR, SAM, CMDB, along with micro-certifications in various areas including Performance Analytics.
· Proven technical expertise demonstrated through projects covering the aforementioned modules, with a clear ability to define client solutions.
· Strong communication skills in English, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Extensive experience with the ServiceNow Development Platform, including ITSM, ITOM, Change Management, Custom Development, and other relevant modules, with a strong background in developing key components of ServiceNow solutions such as frontend/backend scripts, business rules, UI scripts, transform maps, and integrations with external systems.
· Significant experience in configuring the ServiceNow Platform to establish an instance that includes at least ITSM implementation and Service Catalog creation.
The candidate should be able to consult with Client Process Leaders and Project references to devise suitable technical solutions in ServiceNow, demonstrating a commitment to expanding their knowledge of the platform and pursuing additional certifications.
Strong experience with ServiceNow projects for major Italian corporations is essential.
Additionally, the candidate should possess a solid understanding of two or more of the following ServiceNow technologies/modules:
· Incident and Change Management (ITSM)
· Project/Portfolio Suite (ITBM)
· Discovery / Asset Management (ITOM - CMDB)
· Service Portal
· HR Service Portal, HR Service Catalog
· Virtual Agent
· Event Management (ITOM – Event Management)
Additional Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
· Familiarity with PowerShell.
· Knowledge of SQL / Oracle.
· Experience with monitoring tools and solutions for data centers (e.g., Nagios, Dynatrace, etc.).
· 5 to 8 years of experience in client-facing communications, both oral and written.
