About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Net Revenue Management Excellence Manager to join our European Commercial team at Essity. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the Net Revenue Management culture and capability of our Consumer Goods business across diverse markets in Europe.

Your main responsibility will be to drive the Net Revenue Management culture and capability roadmap for Consumer Goods EMEA, step-changing the processes for how we identify Net Revenue Management opportunities, set strategies, execute, and support implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive the Net Revenue Management culture & capability roadmap for a business unit, in strong collaboration with key regional stakeholders
  • Lead BU-wide capability-building projects, such as the Net Revenue Management Academy. Develop content, deliver training, and manage the relationship with expert external partner(s).
  • Own business unit's suite of Net Revenue Management playbooks ensuring they are always up to date, aligned and adopted
  • Drive the implementation of the business unit's ways of working through pilots and partnerships with regional teams. Monitor and report activities across geographies, co-ordinate and optimize critical process outputs.
  • Lead the assessment of Net Revenue Management maturity across geographies. Measure and communicate progress; celebrate and leverage success.
  • Keep benchmarking and up-skilling to be at the forefront of best-in-class processes across Net Revenue Management pillars. Bring external expertise into business unit's way of working, through own working and business case approval for new investments.
  • Create a new access point / online hub for Net Revenue Management resources
  • Be an influential, leading part of Essity's Net Revenue Management community
  • Define & implement the method by which Essity benchmarks its Net Revenue Management maturity versus its peers
Requirements
  • Extensive experience within FMCG industry, within commercial or strategic business roles
  • Proven experience within Revenue Growth Management (RGM) / Net Revenue Management (NRM) / Commercial Strategy / Market Strategy & Planning (MS&P) within FMCG / CPG or Management Consulting
  • Exceptional organizational skills: a structured ability stay in control of the detail of large complex projects involving multiple internal & external stakeholders
  • Excellent collaboration skills: experience from working and achieving results in a matrix organization, demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse and international teams
  • In-depth understanding of key Net Revenue Management concepts including Brand Portfolio Pricing, Price Pack Architecture (PPA), Mix Management, Promotion Strategy and Trade Investment
  • Excited to pioneer new ways of working within Essity; driven to deliver organizational behavioral change
  • Have experience in leading with personal influence with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Practical, supportive & principled; ability to collaboratively problem solve and break barriers to execution of new processes and playbooks
  • Engaging and positive; a motivating driving force from within high-performing teams
