We are seeking a skilled Packaging Engineer to join our team at Zahnarztpraxis Berchtesgaden. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and implementing packaging solutions to meet product specifications and enhance efficiency in our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop packaging solutions for FMCG products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and integrate packaging solutions into the manufacturing process.
- Conduct testing and evaluation of packaging materials and designs to ensure durability, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage packaging projects from concept to implementation, including vendor selection, prototyping, and production scale-up.
- Monitor and optimize packaging performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to packaging designs, specifications, and quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in packaging engineering, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software for packaging design and modeling.
- Strong understanding of packaging materials, processes, and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Project management experience, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
