About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead our growth efforts in the French market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in the French market
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders and complex sales proposals
  • Contribute to the development of our market access strategy, including KPIs, personas, and USPs
  • Collaborate with our marketing and growth teams to drive business results
  • Report and forecast sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in BtoB sales, with a focus on SaaS and e-commerce sales
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding customer bases
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with executive-level stakeholders
  • Fluency in both French and English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
