Music Industry Contract Specialist

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative professional to join our international team as an Indie Labels Licensing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with our internal teams, including Legal, Reporting, Editorial, Marketing, Product & Business Development, to ensure compliance with our contracts with labels.
This is a hybrid role that requires comfort working with contracts as well as Excel modeling. Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in French is a plus.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams to ensure compliance with contracts with labels.
- Follow up on new developments and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our contracts and their implications.
- Work closely with the Legal team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the Reporting team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of contract-related data.
