Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to current activities and processes in Compensation and Benefits:
    • Consolidate French data to participate in salary surveys.
    • Perform external and internal benchmarks.
    • Prepare employee stock ownership plan campaigns (communication, creation of eligible/beneficiary lists, etc.).
  • Contribute to current reporting activities in Human Resources:
    • Prepare annual mandatory studies (gender equality index, social report, etc.) and ad-hoc studies according to needs (CSE expertise, operational requests from sites, etc.).
    • Monitor various dashboards provided to operational teams and management.
    • Ensure data accuracy.
  • Tool Structuring:
    • Create Compensation and Benefits tools and user guides.
    • Develop standard tools.

About You:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (Bac + 4/5) in Commerce or Engineering.
  • Required Qualities: Discretion, agility, rigor, organization, and proposal skills.
  • Required IT Skills: Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Suite.
  • Language Skills: French, English (professional level).
  • Duration: 1 to 3 years, starting from October.
