Senior Client Relationship Manager

In the role of Senior Client Relationship Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of essential clients while collaborating closely with internal departments. Your primary focus will be to ensure the excellence and profitability of the services delivered, including customer support centers and digital customer experience enhancements.

  • Develop and nurture relationships with a designated group of clients,
  • Recognize emerging client requirements and suggest innovative development strategies,
  • Lead initiatives aimed at service enhancement and efficiency,
  • Supervise and ensure service quality (meeting contractual obligations, tracking qualitative and quantitative metrics...),
  • Execute corrective measures in response to service level discrepancies,
  • Oversee service profitability and financial management,
  • Deliver detailed activity reports to senior management,
  • Engage in contract discussions with clients and upper management.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, with a preference for experience in service outsourcing. Familiarity with client relationship management is advantageous.
