Commercial Development Specialist

As a Commercial Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing the commercial margin of our agricultural clients. You will work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities- Conduct remote sales calls and meetings with clients to present our solutions and negotiate deals.
- Manage and follow up on incoming sales requests and quotes to ensure successful outcomes.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
- Test and implement new commercial offers and strategies.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to support sales efforts.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A commercial or sales background, with a strong understanding of the agricultural industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and results-driven approach, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
