IDT is seeking a seasoned Director of Engineering to spearhead UI development for one of our products. As a hands-on leader, you will be responsible for driving technical improvements, sharing expertise, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement UI architecture for one of our products.
- Integrate best practices into our development process.
- Drive technical improvements and share knowledge with the team.
- Work on new features and bugs.
- Lead internal meetups and help colleagues with technical challenges.
- Strong experience in frontend frameworks, state containers, HTML, CSS, and build systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of OOP and functional programming paradigms.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.).
- Good level of English (B2 or higher).
- Knowledge of other programming languages.
- Experience with Docker development and deployment workflows.
- Jenkins administration for build and deployment automation.
