Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive the success of Stuart's last-mile logistics solutions.
- Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to ensure alignment of messaging with product features and benefits.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches.
- Develop sales enablement materials, including sales decks, battle cards, and product training materials, to support the sales team in effectively positioning and selling Stuart's last-mile logistics solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for sales teams on product positioning, messaging, and value proposition.
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution of product marketing initiatives.
- Serve as a key liaison between product management and marketing teams to ensure alignment of messaging and positioning with product roadmap and features.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the B2B/SAAS or logistics industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse market data and customer insights to drive decision-making.
- Ability to work in an international, dynamic, and passionate environment with a company culture focused on learning and development.
- Hybrid working model (3 days from the office) and flexible hours.
- Ticket Restaurant by Swile (€13 daily with 60% paid by the company).
- Stuart is putting Mental Health Awareness first: wellness allowance (€40 monthly) to use in any gym or sports class.
