The SAP Rollout Manager is responsible for managing projects throughout their lifecycle and leading cross-functional teams to deliver defined project outputs to time, budget, and project quality criteria.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation.
- Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures.
- Develops project plan and drives project milestones.
- Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders.
- Provides day-to-day direction to project resources.
- Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project.
- Responsible for preparation of documentation, status reports, and budgets.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience delivering and managing complex SAP programs internationally.
- 5+ years of SAP project management experience using formal project management methodology, techniques, and tools.
- Experience in teambuilding and leading teams.
- Experience in creating and maintaining project deliverables such as project charter, project management plan, risk and mitigation plan, status reports, project timesheets, communications plan, budget, and schedule.
