Nous recherchons un(e) Senior Legal Counsel & Deputy DPO pour renforcer et piloter les équipes mobilisées et engagées aux prémices d'un marché en forte croissance. Sous la responsabilité du General Counsel & Chief Compliance and Risks Officer, votre mission sera de veiller aux intérêts de la société sur l'ensemble des aspects à composante juridique (enjeux relatifs aux contrats commerciaux, au droit de la consommation, à la vie sociale de l'entreprise, à la gestion des contentieux, à la protection des données et de la propriété intellectuelle, etc.).
Le Senior Legal Counsel & Deputy DPO joue un rôle clé de conseil auprès de l'ensemble des parties prenantes de la société. Son excellente communication, ses capacités d'analyse et son esprit de synthèse, ainsi que son pragmatisme avéré, feront du Senior Legal Counsel & Deputy DPO un partenaire incontournable pour l'ensemble des parties prenantes internes et externes pour maîtriser les risques juridiques inhérents à nos activités.
A ce titre, ses principales missions (non exhaustives) seront les suivantes :
- Assurer une veille juridique et réglementaire continue et proactive permettant d'identifier et d'anticiper les risques et d'assurer une montée en compétences adaptée ;
- Accompagner l'ensemble de équipes sur leurs problématiques juridiques afin de concourir à la maîtrise du risque idoine ;
- Assurer la rédaction et ou la revue des différents contrats engageant la société avec les partenaires et clients, accompagner les parties prenantes internes dans le cadre des différentes négociations, assurer le suivi des contrats durant toute leur durée de vie ;
- Assurer le pilotage des conseils juridiques externes et le cas échéant d'un(e) collaborateur(trice) juridique au sein de la société (les besoins de recrutement pouvant varier en fonction des enjeux et du business) ;
- Veiller et contribuer au respect des obligations légales et réglementaires applicables au regard des conditions générales de services proposées à la clientèle et des informations légales ;
- Contribuer activement à la mise à jour et au maintien en conditions opérationnelles des dispositifs relatifs à la protection des données à caractère personnel ;
- Contribuer à la gouvernance et à la vie sociale de l'entreprise, sous la forme de conseils juridiques à destination de la direction générale et de l'organe de surveillance, et de la préparation et tenue de la documentation afférente (documentation juridique corporate, PV des réunions de l'organe de surveillance, assistance dans le cadre de la tenue des assemblées générales, contrats intra-groupe, assistance en droit social, etc.) ;
- Jouer un rôle de conseil juridique dans le cadre d'opérations spéciales (JV, cession, acquisition, etc.) ;
- Représenter l'entreprise dans les situations le nécessitant.
Titulaire d'une formation Bac+5 en droit des affaires, vous avez entre 6 et 10 ans d'expérience au sein de l'univers tech/fintech et/ou bancaire avec une affinité particulière pour les sujets tech ;
Le secteur de la cryptomonnaie vous intéresse, et vous êtes prêt(e) à vous investir dès le démarrage pour monter rapidement en connaissances sur le sujet et comprendre rapidement les rouages ;
Les enjeux technologiques du secteur crypto et ses évolutions rapides ne vous font pas peur ;
Vous avez une excellente maîtrise de la rédaction de contrats ;
Vous êtes en mesure de mettre en place et de suivre des process ;
Votre citation préférée : le diable se cache dans les détails. La rigueur est votre top soft skill mais vous savez faire preuve de flexibilité si nécessaire, et avez un esprit de synthèse ++ ;
Vous avez le sens des priorités pour assurer le traitement des sujets dans les délais, et disposez d'excellentes capacités d'organisation et d'adaptation ;
Doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel, vous aimez le travail d'équipe et vous êtes un véritable sparring partner pour supporter et accompagner les équipes et contribuer au développement de l'entreprise ;
Vous êtes résilient(e) et vous persévérez jusqu'à atteindre vos objectifs ;
Votre niveau d'anglais est très solide (échanges et rédaction et revue de contrats en anglais notamment) ;
Vous êtes ouvert(e) au feedback et cherchez toujours à vous améliorer.
