The successful candidate will develop and/or lead academic research projects with the aim of publishing in the field's highest-quality journals.
The SKEMA Center for Artificial Intelligence (SCAI) is an interdisciplinary initiative focused on exploring the opportunities and implications of artificial intelligence for the management of organizations, industries, and business ecosystems.
The Center provides support for research and facilitates open discussions on how AI creates new layers of value that impact business models, sustainability, user behavior, information sharing, experiential engagement, marketing practices, and brand equity.
The candidate will be expected to produce excellent research, teach undergraduate and/or graduate level courses in AI applied to Management, contribute to student mentorship, and participate in projects related to the SKEMA SKY25 corporate strategy.
The position is permanent with a full-time contract. Salary and conditions are competitive, in line with international standards.
Qualifications must include:
- A Ph.D. in Management or a related field (with orientation in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Robotics) or a related area.
- Have a strong research orientation and track record, as demonstrated by a publication track record in highly regarded management journals (e.g., FT list) or show potential (for the position of Assistant Professor).
- Ability to work as part of a team in a collegial environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellence in quantitative methods.
- Strong interest to invest in the research focus on Artificial Intelligence in Management.
- Commitment to service and/or outreach activities.
