o2switch, a leading provider of domain name registration, web and cloud hosting services in France, is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial matters, including administration, accounting, control, business analysis, reporting, forecasting, data/BI, HR admin, treasury, tax, legal and compliance.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will work closely with our Managing Director to scale and grow o2switch internationally. You will be responsible for managing the full finance function, including systems, processes, and people, and will be expected to develop business cases for national and international organic expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all finance matters, including administration, accounting, control, business analysis, reporting, forecasting, data/BI, HR admin, treasury, tax, legal and compliance
- Develop business cases for national and international organic expansion
- Identify bottlenecks in operations and drive professionalisation of both the finance function and entire organisation
- Linking pin between o2switch and Group Finance / Group Business Development
- Fluent in French and English
- Background in Transaction Services (due diligence), Corporate Finance or Audit
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role (end responsible for Finance)
- Excellent Excel and PPT skills (or similar), PowerBI is a plus
- Masters in accounting/finance
