About the Role

Nous recherchons un Senior Analyst Financial Controlling et Planning pour rejoindre notre équipe de Performance Management au sein du Secrétariat Général d'ALHIS. Vous serez chargé de l'élaboration des business plans financiers de projets stratégiques dans un contexte de croissance internationale et contribuerez au pilotage économique d'ALHIS.

Responsabilités
  • Établir les analyses de contrôle de gestion sur les comptes trimestriels au regard des objectifs annuels et de leurs écarts en établissant le reporting
  • Contribuer aux différents processus de planification et forecast d'ALHIS, ainsi que des arrêtés sur les activités de Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Être le référent des projections financières de projets de développement international d'ALHIS
  • Animer et interagir avec les différents intervenants de l'écosystème sollicité dans le cadre des projets stratégiques
  • Établir les présentations et les analyses présentées au management d'ALHIS
Compétences et Expériences
  • Rigueur et précision avec un fort goût pour les chiffres
  • Expérience ou appétence forte pour les environnements dynamiques et opérationnels
  • Bon relationnel et capacité à animer un réseau d'acteurs autour d'un projet
  • Capacité à synthétiser, rendre accessible et présenter des problématiques complexes
  • Connaissance des principaux indicateurs de l'assurance
