Job Description

Vous rejoindrez l'équipe Performance Management au sein du Secrétariat Général d'ALHIS, une division d'AXA France, spécialisée dans la Santé et la Prévoyance Internationale.

Mission

Vous aurez pour mission d'établir les business plans financiers de projets stratégiques dans un contexte de croissance internationale, en contribuant au pilotage économique d'ALHIS et en fournissant des analyses et des projections financières fiables aux membres de l'Excom et aux instances de décision du Groupe AXA.

Responsabilités
  • Établir les analyses de contrôle de gestion sur les comptes trimestriels au regard des objectifs annuels et de leurs écarts.
  • Contribuer aux processus de planification et de forecast d'ALHIS, ainsi qu'aux arrêtés sur les activités de Financial Planning and Analysis.
  • Être le référent des projections financières de projets de développement international d'ALHIS.
  • Construire des relations avec les intervenants de l'écosystème sollicité dans le cadre des projets stratégiques.
  • Présenter des analyses et des présentations au management d'ALHIS.
Compétences requises
  • Expérience réussie en modélisation financière dans le secteur de l'assurance.
  • Maitrise des principaux indicateurs de l'assurance IARD ou Prévoyance/Santé.
  • Rigueur et précision avec un fort goût pour les chiffres.
  • Expérience ou appétence forte pour les environnements dynamiques et opérationnels.
  • Capacité à synthétiser et présenter des problématiques complexes.
  • Connaissance des modélisations et projections financières complètes.
  • Capacité à mener des projets de manière autonome.
