About the RoleThe Clinical Trial Leader is a critical member of our trial team, responsible for providing leadership and direction to ensure the overall success of the clinical trial. This includes steering and directing the trial, including patient and site engagement activities, direct communications and interactions with internal and external stakeholders, and team members on a global and multi-country basis.
Key Responsibilities- Trial Preparation: Planning, budgeting, feasibility, engagement plans, recruitment, vendor identification and selection
- Trial Conduct and Management: Oversight and coordination of internal cross-functional teams, oversight of vendors, core documents amendments management
- Trial Closeout and Reporting: Support DM & MW functions for data cleaning and delivery, CTR redaction, support publication of trial data, eTMF management
- Contributions to Trial Strategy & Strong Leadership Functions
- Bachelor or Master's degree (at least)
- 6+ years of experience in international clinical trials management (pharmaceutical laboratories/biotech companies)
- Very strong experience in external vendor and internal cross-functional team coordination
- Excellent leadership and communication skills for stakeholder interactions
- Scientific and operational expertise
- Fluent in English
